Design Notes
This construct was designed on a level 1 c backbone (BBa_K2984002). Together with L1a (BBa_K2984003) and L1b (BBa_K2984005), a level 2 construct can be built for multiple gene insertion.

The construct was built out of 4 different level 0 plasmids using the MoClo standard (listed in the main description). The TU Kaiserslautern team 2019 kindly provided the MHETase for this construct (BBa_K3002037).
